About this QR code scanner
Scan live with your device camera, or decode a QR code from an uploaded or pasted image.
URLs, plain text, WiFi credentials, phone numbers, emails, contacts (vCard) and more.
Links get an Open button, WiFi codes are broken out into network and password.
Uses the back camera on phones by default, with a one-tap flip to the front.
Recent scans are kept for the session so you can copy or revisit them.
Decoding happens entirely in your browser — no image or camera frame is uploaded.
Camera access requires a secure (HTTPS) connection and your permission. If the camera is unavailable, use the Image tab instead.
